Planning Applications

If you live within a conservation area or have a tree on your property which is covered by a tree preservation order (TPO) you will need to gain consent from the local planning office before work can commence. 

As part of our TPO services, we can check with the local authority for TPO/Conservation areas and submit planning to them as required. We can also discuss whether or not the TPO tree in question can be removed.

Smith & Arbor are based in Bradford-on-Avon and our tree preservation and conservation services cover a 20-mile radius around the town in both Wiltshire and Somerset. This includes Winsley, Limpley Stoke, Bath & North East Somerset, Chippenham, Corsham, Trowbridge and Melksham. If you are unsure whether or not we cover your area, we can advise over the phone.
